Wok tossed noodle, vegetable, shiitake mushrooms Recipe - Blurnooz

Delicious recipe of Shiitake Mushroom. The substances are Egg noodles, Mushroom shitake, Non Vegetable seasoning powder Onion, Bean sprout, Bell pepper julienne, New coriander sprig etc.

Wok tossed noodle Recipes, Non Vegetarian, Shiitake Mushromms 

Ingredients :-

Egg noodles: 600gm
Mushroom shitake: 40gm
White pepper powder: 10gm,
Onion: 45gm
Vegetable seasoning powder: 12gm
Cooking oil: 150ml
Sesame oil: 15gm
Bean sprout: 60gm
Spring onion: 40gm
Salt: 12gm
Bell pepper julienne: 100gm
Garlic: 40gm
Dark soya: 10ml
Fresh coriander sprig: 4

Method:-

1) Blanch the noodles, and hold aside.

2) Saute sliced garlic, sliced onion, bean sprouts, shitake mushroom, and red bell peppers.

3) Put blanch noodles.

4) Change seasoning with sodium and pepper, drop well.

5) Put spring onions.

6) Serve warm, garnish with coriander sprig.
