Chicken: 2 Coconut oil: 30ml Pommery mustard: 10gm Garlic: 15gm Lemon juice:1/2 tbsp Sundried tomato: 30gm Olives: 40gm Potato: 100gm Broccoli: 50gm Carrot: 40gm Thyme: 15gm Chicken jue: 80ml Butter: 15gm Salt and pepper: to taste Parsely: for garnish.
1) Marinate with coconut oil, new basil, pommery mustard, orange and garlic.
2) Material two bits of boneless chicken breasts that are around 220 gm with sundried tomato and olives.
3) Sear the breasts and make at 190 degree Celsius for 8 to 11 minutes.
